I understand what it means to live with chronic pain - I used to have shoulder pain and sometimes issues with acute conditions, for which I saw many people about, so I learned how to treat this pain through massage courses. After these initial courses, I was curious and excited to learn more about health conditions so I started to learn about acupuncture. I have since completed a number of courses and I am passionate about helping other people with their pain and treating their concerns. Recently, I have been treating a number of clients with their chronic pain through medical massages. I feel confident that I can support your healing journey and I look forward to seeing you at my clinic!

Acupuncture
Focuses on regulating the flow of energy to restore balance and promote the body's natural healing process. It's best to use acupuncture for pain management, stress, anxiety, swelling, inflammation and to improve circulation.

Cupping
Dry cupping therapy: primarily works by improving blood circulation and lymphatic drainage and releasing muscle tension. It's best to use cupping for musculoskeletal conditions, respiratory issues and detoxification.
Wet cupping therapy: tends to drain excess fluids and toxins, increase blood flow to skin and muscles, stimulate the peripheral nervous system, reduce pain, control high blood pressure and modulate the immune system.

Massage
Thai massage specifically offers a dynamic blend of acupressure, stretching and deep tissues techniques to provide enhanced flexibility, muscle tension relief and balance energy in the body.
Medical massage is best for individuals with specific musculoskeletal issues on the body.

My left neck and shoulder were painful and I couldn't use before I visited. Then, after the treatment, it got better and I could use it freely. Ria also provided me with foot care.

Ria is a fantastic therapist, very kind and funny. She was an expert in delivering microneedling and my skin looked amazing afterwards. In particular I loved the LED light therapy to help my skin recover. i actually experienced no pain after microneedling, a testament to her skills!
